When your package is paid, we open a hosting subscription for your website. Your first year of hosting and domain registration is included. After that, renewals are handled automatically:

Common questions
What is included in the development cost?
Design and build of your website with the number of pages in your package, set-up of hosting, SSL and your business email accounts, plus the first year of hosting and domain registration.
When do I pay the annual renewal fee?
On the first anniversary of your purchase, and every year after that. We email the invoice 30 days before the renewal date so you have time to pay online.
Can I get a .pg or .com.pg domain?
Yes, PNG domains are available on the Professional and Enterprise packages. The Basic package covers .com, .org, .net, .info, .biz and .co domains.
Which payment gateways can the Enterprise package connect to?
We integrate the online payment gateways of PNG banks, including BSP Online Payments, BSP Pay and Kina Bank, so your customers can pay on your website.
What happens if I don't renew?
We send reminders before and on the due date. If the renewal is still unpaid after the grace period, hosting is suspended until the invoice is paid, and the domain may eventually expire.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade to a higher package any time; you pay the difference in development cost and the new annual renewal fee applies from your next renewal.
